I have sent my cats to Happy Rolling Cat Boarding several times. I'm happy to report that I've had great service from them and they are very meticulous.

They create a chat group where I can talk directly to the caretaker and I even gave a list of specific instructions to follow. All no problems.

You can even watch your cats via CCTV 24/7.

After the first stay the cats became fairly acclimatised and they took less time to settle in on subsequent stays.

They are both happy and well looked after. I also took up their grooming service and have no complaints there.

Recommended, please support them so my cats have a place they are accustomed to for many years to come.

Our cat has been with Happy Rolling 3 times since Dec 2021 and latest in Nov 2022, and we are going to send him again this coming Christmas and New Year. This just goes to show how we love the boarding and the level of care and service Happy Rolling provided.

Communication was timely. Transportation was hassle free and on time. There is 24/7 CCTV so that we could always see our cat. We also visited the boarding ourselves to see that it was well maintained, with many cute cats yet no funny smell.

Our cat is the extra timid kind and often gets anxious being away from home. However, he adjusted quickly at this boarding and we’re so relieved to see him eating and pooping well everyday, being friendly with the caretakers.

100% would recommend. Their price is very reasonable for this great level of comfort for our cat and for our peace of mind everytime we travel. Thanks Alex and team!

Went around to check on a few places. Happy rolling definitely is one of the better ones.
The prices are reasonable, the whole set up is spacious, clean and air conditioned. Even provide individual “room” of different sizes to cater to different sizes of cats and budget.
All the cats there are well taken care of. They even provide professional grooming.
Will definitely return to them again and recommend them to those in need of boarding and grooming services.

I boarded my injured community cat Daisy at Happy Rolling. The price was affordable and she made a full recovery with the help of the caregivers who helped to apply medicine on her wound. Daisy was frightened on the first day and she scratched the caregiver Bileen. She drew blood but Bileen was nice about it. The caregivers are very kind and I can see that they genuinely care for cats. One of the caregivers Nadia is a cat rescuer and we know these people have the biggest heart for cats. I had a nice chat with her.

The facility is large and does not have any smell. Whenever I visit, the cats’ cabins are always clean and there’s food and water. The cats also look relaxed. It’s conveniently located a short walk away from Aljunied MRT station. I’d be happy to board my cats with them again. My only grouse is the official visiting and check out hours are in the afternoon which may be difficult if you work office hours. Do check with the owner in advance if you need other arrangements.

Very spacious and beautiful room they have. Have been to several boarding house and personally find this is one of the best. Prices are pretty affordable as well!

i was there a few days ago and i was really happy with the service they offered. they made sure that my cat was comfortable and the workers there were extremely patient as well. especially with there reasonable prices i will surely go back there again.

The owner is always willing to go extra mile. Very nice and clean place for my cats. I was away for couple of weeks my cats well taken care by Bileen. Best of all Affordable price. Will definitely be back. :) Thanks happy rolling !

the place is managed by compassionate and driven people, and the place is kept clean and spacious. the areas at which the cats stay are also clean, with the owners playing with the cats to keep them active. the prices are also affordable, both for grooming and cat accommodation services. highly recommend it to all cat owners :)

went to several cat shops and this is definitely one of the most affordable and cleaner place to go to! they have really good service and hygiene. They genuinely care for the cats' safety and does a great job in taking care of them. Would recommend to many others !!
